1. Eligibility and account security
- You must be at least 18 years old to use SamanthaAI.
- You must provide accurate information when it is requested and may not impersonate another person.
- You are responsible for activity on your account and for protecting access to your Apple ID and device.
2. AI characters and limitations
SamanthaAI characters and companion-world content are generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. They are fictional, may be incomplete or incorrect, and are not human professionals. Do not rely on SamanthaAI for medical, legal, financial, emergency, or other professional advice. Contact appropriate local services in an emergency.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use SamanthaAI to violate law, exploit or sexualize minors, create non-consensual sexual content, plan serious real-world harm, threaten or extort people, disclose private identifying information, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, access another person's data, probe vulnerabilities, bypass safeguards, automate abusive traffic, or interfere with the service.
Safety systems are imperfect. We may block content, limit features, preserve evidence, or notify appropriate authorities when reasonably necessary to protect people, the service, or comply with law.
4. Your content
You remain responsible for text, images, audio, profile information, and other content you submit. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to use that content. You grant Samantha a limited license to host, process, transform, transmit, and display it only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service or comply with law.
AI output may not be unique, and other users may receive similar output. Samantha does not promise that generated material can be owned or protected under intellectual-property law.
5. Allowances, subscriptions, and media-credit purchases
Samantha allowances and credits are limited-use service entitlements. They are not money, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or resold. Free daily replies refresh only to the displayed floor and do not accumulate; the free starter-media allowance is granted once to an eligible account.
When Apple in-app purchases are available, the StoreKit purchase sheet shows the localized price and applicable offer before you confirm. Samantha Pro monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through Apple. An eligible introductory trial lasts seven days on either plan and then renews at that plan's displayed monthly or annual price unless cancelled. Apple permits one introductory offer across the Samantha Pro subscription group. Subscription reply and media allowances refresh for each displayed Samantha allowance cycle, and unused cycle credits expire rather than carrying over.
Media-credit packs are one-time consumable purchases. Purchased media credits do not expire while the Samantha account remains active, but they remain non-transferable service credits with no cash value. Apple handles purchase authorization, billing, cancellation, and refund requests under its store terms and applicable law. Samantha may reverse unused credits or access associated with a verified refund or revocation.
Deleting a Samantha account does not cancel an Apple subscription. You must cancel or manage the subscription in Apple's subscription settings. Account deletion permanently removes the Samantha credits, entitlements, and visible purchase history tied to that account, subject to the limited fraud, accounting, dispute, and replay records described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Enforcement and account deletion
Depending on severity, context, and repetition, Samantha may issue a warning, refuse a request, apply a temporary restriction, suspend access, or terminate an account. You can appeal or ask for clarification through Support.
You may initiate account deletion using the account control provided in the app. Deletion is permanent after confirmation, subject to the limited retention described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Availability and changes
SamanthaAI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features, characters, allowances, providers, and availability may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every generated result will meet your expectations. We may update these Terms and will identify the current version on this page.

For account-specific help, open SamanthaAI and choose Me → Support. If you cannot open the app or sign in, email SamanthaAIWorld@proton.me. Never send passwords, Apple sign-in tokens, or full payment-card details.
